GLX Boost — Turquoise

Turquoise is the second GLX Boost finish and mechanically identical to the orange: the same lean-to-steer deck, the same adjustable handlebar, the same dial that takes the steering from locked-straight to fully loose as the rider's confidence grows.

A three-wheel scooter is the best first standing machine for most children because the two front wheels mean it will not fall sideways at rest. The rider learns to lean while the scooter is already stable, rather than learning to lean in order to stay stable. It is the same teaching order as a balance bike, which is why riders who have done one take to the other within an afternoon.

The aluminum frame keeps it light enough to be carried home when the legs give out — a small thing until the first time it happens.
