The quickest route is email, and we read everything that arrives. Tell us the rider's age and inseam if the question is about fit, and the model name if the question is about a part. A photo of the part in question saves a long exchange about which bolt you mean.
What we can help with
Choosing between models for a specific child. Seat height and stand-over questions. Which wheels suit which floor. How the Evolve converts, and in which order the pedals come off. Whether a frame will take a second child after the first one has outgrown it.
What takes longer
Anything to do with an order that was placed elsewhere has to go through whoever took the order — we do not have visibility into it and guessing would waste your week. Point us at the model and the problem and we will tell you what the part is called so the conversation on the other end is short.
Response times
We answer on weekdays, usually within two working days. Messages that arrive over a weekend get picked up on Monday morning, in the order they landed.
